Chris is one of the most recognizable skaters today, and its not just his long hair and beard that get him noticed. His skating is on a creative level that is undeniably above most of his contemporaries, with a style that can’t be duplicated by anyone today. A goofy foot, Chris started skating at the age of 13 in Singapore before moving to Canada where his skating really took off. The long hair, bearded, metal man has been gaining attention and popularity since the Almost:Round Three video. He has won various awards and been the featured rider in Globe’s United By Fate episode 2. He is also a playable character in EA's skateboarding video game Skate and Skate 2. When he’s not tearing up the asphalt or head banging with his band, Kobra Triangle, he’s working with the staff at Globe to design his signature shoes, including the Odin. Look for Chris in the new Almost video in May 2012.
